WORKING PROCESS
STEP 1 MEASURE
After receiving the customer’s request, our staff will come to the customer’s home to measure the size and find out the relevant information.
STEP 2 ADVICE AND QUOTE
Based on the measurements collected and the requirements of customers, staff will advise customers with appropriate products, then quotation will be made and sent to customers.
STEP 3 CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT
NORMAN products are based on customer requirements to design, so after signing the contract, the order cannot be canceled. After signing the contract, we will collect a deposit equal to 50% of the order value.
STEP 4 ORDER
After signing the contract, we will confirm with the customer the final size, color and related information, then we will send the order to the factory to begin processing.
STEP 5 SHIPPING
Processing and shipping time from 30 to 45 days.
STEP 6 INSTALLATION
After the product arrives, we will contact the customer for installation and check before acceptance.
